Future Anthem's CEO Leigh Nissim sent the following note to Anthem employees.
As we continue to grow and innovate with AI to personalise player experiences in the global gambling industry, it's paramount that our organisation continues to evolve, starting with our leadership team.
After over 2.5 years of significant contribution to Future Anthem, including our extension to cover sports betting as well as casino, Ian Tibot has been promoted to take on the newly created role of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
Designed to accelerate our revenue and customer growth in this exciting next phase of our journey, Ian will take responsibility for our sales and customer activities. As CCO, Ian will now focus his expertise on nurturing relationships with customers and driving revenue growth, ensuring that Future Anthem remains at the forefront of innovation and customer satisfaction.
We’re also excited to announce additional promotions facilitated with Ian’s transition. Chris Conroy, our esteemed data leader and founding employee, will now also take responsibility for our Product function, becoming Chief Data & Product Officer, leading the team to new heights ensuring that our product vision continues to lead in the industry, and that our development processes scale in line with our business growth. This alignment of roles will facilitate a seamless integration of our product and technology efforts, enabling us to maintain a clear and cohesive vision for the future.
On the back of an amazing ICE, we are elevating our focus on Product Marketing to ensure that our offerings are effectively communicated and resonate with our audience. Jake Chody will continue to lead this crucial function, now with expanded responsibilities encompassing all marketing activities. Jake's creativity and strategic insight will be instrumental as we continue to amplify our brand presence and reach new audiences.
And that's not all. We welcomed John Atkinson to the Future Anthem family as Vice President of Business Development in the Americas. John joins us with a wealth of experience and expertise, and he will play a vital role in leading our sales efforts and partner distribution channels in the region, spearheading Future Anthem's commercial strategy across the Americas.
Fast Forward programme
In line with our organisational changes, we’re also going to pursue our new >>Fast Forward>> programme that is designed to accelerate our amazing momentum, with a clear focus on Anthem’s customers and their players, deploying our real time product Amplifier AI to personalise player experiences across every step of the journey. >>Fast Forward>> will bring a sharper focus on our growth, targeting key customer, market and product opportunities, with further investments in our technology, team, performance orientated culture and ambition to succeed.
These changes mark an exciting chapter in the Future Anthem journey as we strengthen our team and position ourselves for even more extraordinary achievements ahead.
